Inktober 2025

I went back to the #inktober list in 2025, and didn’t set any particular style for my work. This meant that the set is much less cohesive, but I got to try out different things on a whim, and had a great time with the challenge.

Peachtober 2023

In 2023, I started the challenge strong, trying out a similar style as 2022, but a bit more fleshed out. However, I went to Japan 10/13-27. At first I hoped to be able to continue drawing each day, but quickly realized that the challenge was going to take away from my experience of the trip. I started combining prompts, and made it to day 19 before calling it quits. I don't regret it!

Peachtober 2022

In 2022, I went with a minimal approach to the challenge, working on communicating character and creating a fun scene through simple line art. I love a lot of the drawings that came out of this challenge, and it pushed me to be more clear and confident, relying less on effects and digital extras.

My pandemic October drawing challenge. I had a lot of time on my hands this year! So I created a new animated witch for each prompt. Watch the full month’s videos below. šŸ§™

Peachtober 2021 šŸ‘

Inktober 2021. I focused on interesting personifications of furrylittlepeach’s prompts. Some of these became the first characters for Secret Print Club!

Inktober 2019

This was my first month long drawing challenge! I was working as a graphic designer and traveling a lot this month, but I was feeling the need to be more creative and do more consistent practice, and so Inktober became a perfect opportunity. The quality of these varies wildly, but there’s some good stuff in here, and I think doing more imaginative and creative work every day (and receiving positive feedback from my followers) made me feel more confident in my later career change. A lot started here.
